II. On-line Ordering Process

| The following 6 steps essentially comprise the entire ordering process.
|
A. Locate a Product
|
| Use one of OMEGA's 5 methods for locating product on its website.

B. Add a Product to the Shopping Cart
|
|
| 1) | Navigate to a product specification page using one of the 5 search features mentioned above or by using the Order By Part Number feature. |
| 2) | Once you are on the specification page, use the "Add to Cart" button to add a product to your on-line cart. |
C. Create a Username and Password
|
| 1) | From the shopping cart click on the "Checkout" button and this will bring up the Logon / Register page.
|
| 2) | If you have already ordered On-line with OMEGA before, then simply put your user
name and password in the required fields and press "Logon".

| If you are a new customer and would like to order on our site, first register by clicking on "Register Now" and complete the registration form. |

D. Methods of Payment
|
|
| 1) | OMEGA offers two methods of payments, either via credit card or through a customer account. |
| 2) | Select your choice of payment using the radio button for Pay by Credit Card or Pay by Your Customer Account. |
E. Methods of Shipment
|

| 1) | Use the shipping method box to choose flat rate shipping. If you prefer to use your own carrier, place your account number in the carrier account number field. |
| 2) | Click on the "Next" button at the bottom of the page. This will advance to the final step in placing a web order. |
F. Final Step - Confirm Order
|
| | 1) | This is the final step before placing the order. It displays model numbers, price, delivery, shipping and billing information. |
| 2) | Do a final review of all the information on the order and simply click on the "Place Order Button" at the bottom of the page. |
| 3) | Congratulations! You have now successfully placed your order On-line with OMEGA. |
