The FPUM-300 Series OMEGAFLEX pump motors from OMEGA are available in four
models, offering excellent speed and flow rate control over a wide range from
2.5 - 400 RPM, and flow ranges from 0.07 - 2000 mL/min.
All four pump motors have a front panel ìsoft touchî potentiometer for variable
speed control, a switch for instant reverse, and a power ìon/offî switch.The
FPUM-310 and FPUM-320 variable speed models cover a speed range from 2.5 - 50
RPM (0.07 - 250 mL/min flow rate). Models FPUM-311 and FPUM-321 cover a speed
range from 20 - 400 RPM (0.6 - 2000 mL/min). In addition, the FPUM-320 and FPUM-321
come with analog input control as standard. These pumps accept either 4 - 20
mA or 0 - 10V control signals for automatic control of your process. The FPUM-310
and FPUM-311 pump motors can be upgraded to accept analog input at any time
in the future by a purchasing a field installable FPUM-CARD option.
The FPUM-300 Series pumps can be fitted with any of the FPU-300 Series pumpheads
shown on the following pages. These sturdy, versatile pumps can accept up to
six (6) single flip-top pumpheads which snap together, or three, five-tube micro-cartridge
pumpheads snapped together, for a total of 15 separate tubes.
Both the flip-top and micro-cartridge pumpheads are easily installed and removed
by a bayonet type connection, as simple as changing a camera lens. Individual
tubes can be replaced while the pump is operating without interruption to the
other processes.
