The E2K-F family of thin rectangular plastic sensors is ideal for
applications with limited spacing. They are ideal for non-contact
sensing of metallic and non-metallic targets including water, oil,
glass, plastic and wood, as well as sensing liquid levels inside nonmetallic
containers. The thin, 10 mm (0.40") body is also ideal for
conveyor wall mounting. The unshielded sensor has a LED indicator
and fixed sensitivity for simple installations maintaining lower
costs. The built-in amplifier provides NPN switching of loads 100
mA in a heat resistant ABS plastic body that is rated for IP66.
