The CDH-42 and CDH-46 are portable, multi-range conductivity/ TDS (total dissolved solids) meters. These rugged yet economical units are ideal for both laboratory or field applications. The units feature an LCD display for reading conductivity in µS or TDS in mg/L (ppm). A simple selector switch allows one to quickly change from conductivity to TDS and vice versa. Both units are range-selectable for increased accuracy. The CDH-42 measures conductivity from 10 to 10,000 µmho and TDS in mg/L from 7 to 7,000. The CDH-46 measures conductivity from 100 to 100,000 µmho and TDS from 70 to 70,000 in mg/L. The CDH-42 and CDH-46 are supplied with a durable polymer-bodied conductivity cell with carbon electrodes. This rugged design helps resist coating and fouling and allows for easy cleaning. The conductivity probe has a cell constant of 1.0, is supplied with 3 /4 meter (2 1 /2 feet) of cable and a BNC connector for quick disconnections. Both units are sold as kits with meter, conductivity probe and vinyl carrying case included.
