The CL8400 micro-ohmmeter is used for four-wire measurement of resistances from very low values (with a resolution of 0.1 µ ohm) up to 20 k ohm, with excellent accuracy (0.03%, 26000 counts). The instrument is highly versatile, adapting perfectly to each configuration. The CL8400 comes as a modern bench unit, easily rack-mounted, with an illuminated alphanumeric readout displaying messages in any of several languages. It can be powered from line or from rechargeable batteries. Totally programmable through an RS-232C or IEEE-488-2 link, the unit is perfect for taking measurements automatically and storing them in its 1000- measurement memory. The instrument is calibrated electronically, with no internal adjustment needed.
