DMEX Mounting Stanchion Components are pre-engineered modular units designed for a simple and sturdy solution for quick assembly of the DIRECTCONNECT™ series pneumatic linear thrister slides. Beams come in three sizes and are connected together at right angles using corner gussets, this design saves valuable design and assembly time. The smaller beams can be attached to the larger beams for additional configurations to fit any need.

The beams are extruded 6063-T6 Aluminum with a clear anodize finish and T-slots that correspond to the mounting patterns of the linear DLT and DLM slides. Gusset kits come with nut plates for easy assembly and the are wire/tube clamps for a neat and clean machine design.

A selection of stock lengths are available for immediate shipping and custom lengths can be ordered to meat your specific needs. Lengths are available up to 90 inches.
