The FMG3000 Series Magnetic flow meter is an insertion style magnetic flow sensor that features no moving parts. All versions or this magmeter are constructed of corrosion-resistant materials to provide long-term reliability with minimal maintenance costs.
The FMG3000 Series mag meter does not require field programming. Set the jumpers for your pipe size and the maximum output will reflect 5 m/s for a 4 to 20 mA signal. Maximum flow for frequency ouput is 10 m/s. Please refer to the manual for additional information. Utilizing the comprehensive line of Omega installation fittings, sensor alignment and insertion depth is automatic. The installation fittings are required for installation. These versatile, simple-to-install magnetic flowmeters deliver accurate flow measurement over a wide dynamic range in pipe sizes ranging from DN15 to DN200 (0.5 to 8 inches), satisfying the requirements of many diverse applications.
The FMG3000 Series Magmeters offer a variety of output options for use with Omega flow instrumentation using a frequency or 4 to 20 mA output. Flow velocity measurement is compensated for temperature via an integrated temperature sensor. The FMG3000 Series provides applications with a precise flow measurement device.
