The retractable Lock-N-Load sensor assemblies are all you need to install a pH or ORP electrode into
any pipeline. This is the first assembly that doesn’t require ball valves, cables or costly, complex
hardware to quickly insert or remove an electrode from a pipeline without interrupting the process. The
simplicity of its design is what makes it unique. A quarter turn, a pull, and the electrode assembly is
sealed from line pressure. The sensor can be removed to check calibration. It’s safer to, because the
end cap seals from the outside, unlike other insertion assemblies that rely upon valves and cables.
Constructed of CPVC, PVDF or stainless steel allows this assembly to be used in waste water or
process control. A wide selection of pH and ORP electrodes is available for the retractable sensor assembly.
The electrodes feature a sealed gel-filled reference with an annular
ceramic junction.
