The non-invasive LVUN-600 Series monitors liquid levels at 1 or more points through pipes or tubing of various sizes, from 6.4 mm (0.25") diameter tubing to 152.4 mm (6") diameter pipe, with a wall thickness of up to 0.5". The sensor simply clamps on the thick-wall pipe or tube; no alignment is necessary. The sensor is small, allowing mounting at almost any location, without interrupting the process or requiring the modification of the pipe or vessel. It is ideal for high-pressure, thick-wall tubing pipes or sight glasses.

The LVUN-600 Series can handle a variety of liquid types–from heavy to light. It uses ultrasonic sound wave propagation to generate electrical signals that are converted to bursts of ultrasonic energy. The ultrasonic bursts are transmitted across the liquid sensing gap of the sensor. Upon receipt of a valid signal at the receiver, the solid state electronics generate a "data enable" condition indicating that liquid is present. This signal energizes a relay, triggering an output condition.

   LVUN-601-(A)-1-3-(D)-(E)-(F)-(G) is the one sensor version
   LVUN-602-(A)-1-3-(D)-(E)-(F)-(G) is the two sensor version

   Options for ordering as shown below are the same for both models.

Power Options for "A" in the model number:
     For 115 Vac replace the "A" with "1"; no additional cost
     For 230 Vac replace the "A" with "2"; add $50 to price
     For 24 Vdc replace the "A" with "3"; no additional cost
     For 12 Vdc replace the "A" with "4"; no additional cost

Cable Length for "D" in the model number:
     For standard length of 3 m (10") replace the "D" with "10"; no additional cost
     For a custom length replace the "D" with the desired length in feet (100' maximum);
          add $5 per foot (Additional cost per foot applies to entire cable length)

Pipe Thickness options for "E" in the model number
     For standard 0.25 or 1/4" pipe replace the "E" with 0.25; no addtional cost
     For alternate pipe thickness replace the "E" with pipe schedule
          (Example: SCH40 or SCH80); no additional cost
     For alternate pipe thickness replace the "E" with pipe wall thickness measurement in inches
          (from ¼" to ½"); no additional cost

Pipe OD options for "F" in the model number
     For 6.4 to 19 mm (¼" to ¾" OD, replace the "F" in the model number with the pipe
           OD in inches; no additonal cost
     For 25.4 to 152.4 mm (1 to 6") OD replace the "F" in the model number with the pipe
          OD in inches;
               add $250 to the price of the LVUN-601
               add $600 to the price of the LVUN-602

Pipe material options for "G" in the model number
     For Stainless Steel replace the "G" in the model number with "1"; no additional cost

LVUN-601-3-1-3-10-0.035-.25-1: Non invastive level switch, one sensor, 24 Vdc, 1 5 A SPDT relay, NEMA 7 enclosure, 10' cable, 0.035 pipe thickness, 0.25 pipe OD, stainless steel: $1,150.

LVUN-602-2-25-SCH40-2IN-4: Non invasive level switch, two sensors, 230 Vac, 2 5 A SPDT relay, NEMA 7 enclosure, 25' of cable, SCH40 pipe thickness, 2" pipe OD, glass: $1900 + 50 + 125 (25' X $5.00 per foot) + 600 = $2,675.

Models with no enclosure available at no additional cost.
