The OM-MLT Series is a
comprehensive family of portable
data loggers that uses the latest
electronic technology and software.
These data loggers are compact,
self-powered devices that, using
a variety of internal and external
sensor types, will measure and
record almost every possible critical
condition. The OM-MLT Series also
includes a high-temperature model
and an autoclave model.
The OM-MLT-AC autoclave
data logger is a special product
that can withstand high-temperature
and pressure environments to
150°C (302°F)/5 bar for 30 minutes,
150°C (302°F) for 60 minutes in
dry heat and indefinite operation
at 125°C (257°F). The primary
intended use for the data logger is
the qualification of autoclaves used
for sterilization, however, it is also
suitable for measuring any high-temperature
applications not
exceeding the specifications.
It is supplied with a stub probe
that registers the environment
temperature from 25 to 150°C
(77 to 302°F), and an internal
temperature sensor for monitoring
of data logger internal temperature
conditions and prohibiting
reprogramming of data logger until
the internal temperature has
returned to 40°C (104°F).
Data logger setup and data
transfer to the PC is accomplished
using the OM-MLT Series
Windows software. Data loggers
can be programmed to start based
on date/time, or they can be
manually started by using the
starting magnet. The logging
session can end based on date/time
or total number of readings or it can
be set to wrap around. To download
your data, simply place the data
logger in the PC interface cradle
and connect to the data logger
using the OM-MLT Series Windows
software. The software performs
statistical analysis including
minimum, maximum and average
of all readings. The software also
features user defined alarm set
points and graph labels, a multiple
graphing facility to graph data from
multiple data loggers on a single
graph and also ability to view
current conditions through the PC
interface in real time. Stored data
files can be exported to Microsoft
Excel.
