Nice response, simple and cost effective unit.I have only used the sensor a couple of times, but it seems to work as well as expected. Response time is good, accuracy seems to be within rated specs. No complaints after ~1 month of intermittent use. One negative is that the mounting nuts are quite small and tricky to thread initially. I am used to optical tachometers which use larger, beefier hardware.
Also, my unit was on backorder for about 2 months before it finally shipped to me.

Good price for the performanceUsed in outdoor data collection. Has stood up to some abuse. Easy to wire up like K-type thermocouple.
