The PHCN-23 pH Controller features two exponentially scaled pulse frequency outputs, which proportionately control two PHP-200/210 series chemical metering pumps, and two relay contacts. This provides precise pH control for both acid and base additions. Both setpoints are independently adjustable. The setpoint for acid addition controls a pulse frequency output and a corresponding relay contact. The setpoint for base addition controls the other pulse frequency output signal and its corresponding relay. These setpoints feature an adjustable bandwidth of 1 to 3 pH units. An adjustable timer will check if the pH value remains above or below setpoint to provide system error indication.The PHCN-23 has a splashproof, gasketed, Noryl case, which can be either wall or panel mounted. The PHCN-23 also has a 4 to 20 mA analog output, proportional to the 0 to 14 pH range. The PHCN-23 is compatible with a variety of pH electrodes for a wide range of applications.
