The PHH-8X pH tester is ideal for checking pH in swimming pools, fish farms, electroplating baths, wastewater, and other applications where high humidity and condensation are present. It is supplied with a rugged, integral pH electrode in a protective housing. The large liquid crystal display indicates when a stable reading has been reached. Automatic 1 or 2 point calibration and automatic temperature compensation simplify operation. An Auto Shut-Off feature helps prolong battery life by turning off the tester after 10 minutes of non-use. An ideal companion to the PHH-8X pH tester, the ORP-1 REDOX potential tester offers hand held convenience for measuring oxidation reduction potential in a wide variety of sample types. The built-in platinum electrode gives fast response and excellent repeatability. Typical applications include plating baths, wastewater, agriculture and aquariums.
