The SV-1400 Series is a direct acting solenoid valve with epoxy-encapsulated coil and lockable manual override. The flow medium is separated from the magnetic system by a hermetically sealing diaphragm. The valves have a brass or stainless steel body and seat, and FKM seal material. A temperature range of -10 to 90°C (14 to 194°F) makes this valve ideal for neutral media such as compressed air, natural gas, water, hydraulic oil, oils and fats with no additives (max. viscosity approx. 4 x 10 -4 ft 2 /sec). Electrical connection is by cable plug.
