CAUSE: Apparent problems with chipsets; This occurs even with BIOS upgrade A10.exe
SOLUTION: Install Dell Accessories, by way of a zipped file called xpcdutil.exe, obtained from DELL's ftp site (contact Dell for more info). Launch
Dell Control Center, version 2.20.001, and click on Devices. Set Parallel Mode to ECP and close. Restart
Windows. Run DTEST. Port is now set to ECP. (also see DS-EXP Tech note 1 and DS-EXP Tech note 2
