DATASHUTTLE EXPRESS - DTEST finds non-ECP port on Dell Latitude XPi CD P150ST, even with BIOS set to ECP, and Win95 finds an ECP port.

SOLUTION: Install Dell Accessories, by way of a zipped file called xpcdutil.exe, obtained from DELL's ftp site (contact Dell for more info). Launch Dell Control Center, version 2.20.001, and click on Devices. Set Parallel Mode to ECP and close. Restart Windows. Run DTEST. Port is now set to ECP.
