CAUSE: Some devices are not able to work with the DATASHUTTLE or DATASHUTTLE Express between them and the parallel port. This is
typically the case with bidirectional devices that do not use the ECP standard. Most printers do work.
SOLUTION: If the device is ECP, put the port in ECP mode. If the device is not ECP, put it on another
parallel port. If there is no other parallel port you must disconnect the DATASHUTTLE to use it.
