Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 90 days of the original invoice date. Returns must be in the original packaging, and in resalable condition. Restock fees may apply over 30 days.

Please fill out the return form to be assigned a case number.

Not returnable Products
Most products can be returned, but there are a few exceptions. Special ordered "Built to order or Custom" or those specified as "Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable" are not returnable.

Warranty and Non-Warranty Service
Please fill out the return form and we will create an RMA number. In the comments please let us know if you have consulted with technical support, have a case number or any other additional information which would be helpful. This information will speed up the return process.

Please note: For online form, we strive to respond within 24 hours of receiving the request (excluding weekends).

Safety Sheet
If your product has been in contact with a fluid, gas or an environment that needs special safety handling requirements please fill out our safety sheet prior to return. A safety sheet may be required prior to providing an RMA.

If necessary, complete the Return Request Safety Assurance Certificate.

Important Notice
We have multiple return processing centers, you will receive the correct return address with your assigned RMA. Packages cannot be accepted at the Norwalk, CT office.
