- IF I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER WHO DO I CONTACT? At OMEGA.COM
you can easily and conveniently place your order on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! If you prefer,
OMEGA has a Sales Department dedicated to taking customer orders courteously and efficiently
by phone, fax, or mail. They also can handle Requests for Quotation (RFQ). Confirmation of orders $1500 or greater is required.

- WHO CAN HELP WITH TECHNICAL PRODUCT QUESTIONS? HOW DO I CONTACT TECHNICAL SUPPORT?
OMEGA has technical Engineering Support for both pre and post sales product usage questions. They are
available to help you with any in-depth application needs regarding OMEGA products you are considering
purchasing. After purchase they can also help you with question reguarding installation and use of our
products. There are separate Engineering Applications Groups for all OMEGA Products. All Groups can be

- WHO DO I CONTACT AND WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR RETURN OF MATERIAL TO OMEGA FOR EXCHANGE, PROBLEM
CORRECTION OR / NON-WARRANTY SERVICE?
*ANY RETURN TO OMEGA MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
OMEGA Customer Service authorizes all returns. We will issue you an AR# (Return Authorized Return #)
and the address where to ship the material.
For an EXCHANGE OF MATERIAL or RETURN FOR CREDIT we will need to know the PO#(s) the material was
purchased on, description of what you require, Part# / Qty, whether or not we should reship using the
same / new PO#, company name, your name, contact information, shipping address, condition of material (unused).Returns for
WARRANTY SERVICE: PO# material was purchased on, Part# and Qty, description of
problem/complaint, end-user's name / contact info, whether or not someone spoke to tech support
NON-WARRANTY SERVICE (Repair and calibration): We will require a PO#
to cover repair charges before we can issue you an AR#. Many repair prices are "flat rate" but some we will
need to inspect & advise you of repair costs after inspection of the material. Consult customer
service with the OMEGA model# & serial# for current pricing.
- CAN OMEGA LOAN ME A UNIT WHILE MINE IS IN FOR REPAIR?
YES! Simply request a loaner from Customer Service at the time you are issued an AR#
(Return Authorization). They will do the best to get you an identical unit or reasonable
facsimile to keep your process going!
- WHERE DO I GET AN INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR AN OMEGA PRODUCT?
You can download almost every manual from themanuals page or they may be listed on the product's page. You can also contact customer service with the model number and serial# of the unit
you have. try and be as specific as possible by including all suffix and prefix numbers / and letters.
Tech support (Engineering) can also help you with this request.
- IF I NEED AN MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) FOR A PRODUCT, HOW DO I GET IT?
Typically if the product requires an MSDS it will be enclosed with the product when it is shipped to you.
You can also download the MSDS in pdf format from the MSDS Page.
Otherwise if you require an MSDS contact Customer Service with the product
part number and we can mail or fax it to you.
- MY SHIPMENT HASN'T ARRIVED YET, BUT I KNOW IT SHIPPED SOME TIME AGO. HOW DO I GET THE SHIPMENT TRACED?
You can check the status of your orders or even download your invoices online, even if you ordered over the phone. If you prefer contact, you can also contact Customer Service with your purchase order number or OMEGA order
Reference number. Customer Service has access and traceable links to all major carriers. We would be happy
to trace your shipment and supply all pertinent transit/delivery information.
