The OM-CP-HITEMP140 is a rugged, high precision, temperature data logger that is built for use in harsh environments. This stainless steel device is submersible, can withstand temperatures up to 140°C (284°F) and has an accuracy of ±0.1°C (0.18°F) over the entire operating range.

The OM-CP-HITEMP140 can store up to 32,700 readings, and features a 1' rigid external probe capable of measuring extended temperatures, up to 260°C (500°F). The device records date and time stamped readings, and has non-volatile solid state memory that will retain data even if the battery becomes discharged.

Using the OM-CP-HITEMP140 software, starting, stopping and downloading the OM-CP-HITEMP140 is simple and easy. Graphical, tabular and summary data is provided for analysis and data can be viewed in °C, °F, K or °R. The data can also be automatically exported to Excel® for further calculations.

The OM-CP-MULTIMOUNT-Z is a versatile mount or stand for use with the OM-CP-HITEMP140 data loggers. It can be used to stabilize a logger inside an autoclave, or screwed to a flat surface to create an achored base. The OM-CP-MULTIMOUNT-Z is made of 316 stainless steel and is able to withstand temperatures up to 150°C making it ideal for use in autoclave sterilization processes.

Does this unit come with a docking station as pictured?

hi is this datalogger support 360F ? i need check 100 F ,200 F, 300 F, and 360 max, this equipment support that temperatures in autoclave? regards

Hello The logger can be capable of monitoring 482 deg F at up to 32 minutes with the optional thermal shield (add '-TSK' at the end of the part number).

Is this data logger completely portable? Meaning, when used in an autoclave, does it require a connection to a computer? Or does it simply get removed from the autoclave and downloaded onto a computer following completion of a cycle?

Hi, thanks for connecting with Omega. The OM-CP-HITEMP140 logger series requires a docking station OM-CP-IFC400 (sold separately) to interface with the computer. You would use the computer only for set up and to download data. After removing your logger from the autoclave, please allow it to cool down and clean it with a dry cloth before placing it in the docking station. This is really important as the docking station is not designed to withstand the autoclave operating conditions.
