Can this load cell be used in dynamic (high frequency) loading conditions? 0-peak 1500N at 400Hz?

What is the weight of this load cell? And what is the full output scale?

Aysha, weight of the unit will be 0.440 pounds and the full span output will be 20 mV if you use 10 volts DC excitation over the span you choose.

What is the sensitivity of this load cell (50kN)

The output is an analog signal. Nominal sensitivity is 2.0 mV/V meaning that if a 10VDC excitation power is supplied to the cell you will getting a linear 0 to 20 mVDC output signal over the 0 to 50kN range. This working out to about a 0.4 mV change per kN. The NIST traceable calibration report supplied with the load cell would indicate your exact mV/V sensitivity.
