OMEGA’s LCM201 Series subminiature load cell is designed for the demanding environment of industrial automation and robotics. With a diameter of only 19 mm (0.75”) and all stainless steel construction, it can fit into small systems and survive harsh environments. The LCM201 delivers high accuracy and long term reliability in a subminiature package.

Is there any way to have a "special" mode in order to operate above 120?C ? I need to perform some measurements at 150?C. Thank in advance,

Yes. We can provide an extended temperature compensation for the LC201/LCM201 Series load cells. By adding a "-TC2" suffix at the end of the part number the compensated temperature range would be increased 180C. You would need to add $125.00 to the base price of the load.

What would be the maximum load that could be applied to the cell before damage would be induced? For example I have an application where I need accurate results up to 80N but I have intermittent loads up to 180N but I do not need data above 80N.

Thank you for your question? The LCM201-100N Has a maximum rating of 150n. So no you can not go to 180n
