Omega’s high temperature All-Polyimide (AP) heaters are a high performance alternative to our standard polyimide heaters, allowing higher watt densities and temperatures up to 260℃. These heaters offer great flexibility for non-flat surfaces and must be clamped to prevent temperature limitations due to PSA or other adhesives.

Our heaters are manufactured with welded lead-wires and epoxy strain reliefs for extreme durability. Their etched-foil designed provides efficient thermal cycling, and uniform output for better process control.

These All-polyimide heaters are also resistant to most chemicals, and are ideal for Medical diagnostics and other analytical instruments due to their no outgassing materials.

I am very interested in High Temp Polymide Flexible Heater, 1 in x 1 in. However, the power for 1 in x 1 in is 21 watts. Is there any item that outputs more while the size keeps 1 in x 1 in.

What is the expected lifetime of the heater if run 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week?

There isn't any data to give an absolute life expectancy on these Heaters. If you are operating well below the maximum temperature specification it would be expected the Heaters will last much longer than if they were run near the maximum of 260C.
