The DPG210 features a large 55x55 mm (2.1'x2.1') LCD screen, with 5 digit 17mm primary and 13.5mm auxiliary lines. It displays both the current pressure as well as the local temperature, maximum, or minimum pressures from the reference data. Powerful functions: include 10 common pressure units and flexible power supplied by either three AA batteries or via USB connection.

An ultra-low power consumption design allows the DPG210 to run more than 3600 hours when powered by three standard alkaline AA batteries. The DPG210 is an all digital design combining a high precision ADC and high-speed microprocessor. This provides a product that is high precision, with good stability and great shock resistance.

5-point NIST calibration certificate is available and can be added to each unit for an additional cost of $150 by contacting sales. Add “-CAL-3” to the end of the part number for “NIST” option.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good looking product, but lacks some servicability The gauge was in-stock and comes in very nice plastic case and includes a UBS power cord for an alternate power source. It does not come with a calibration certificate, but that can be purchased for an extra cost. The temperature display is degrees C and can not be changed to degrees F. The owners manual does not provide calibration adjustment instructions, and Omega tech support said the gauge would have to be returned to their factory for adjustment, if necessary. I did not use the gauge and returned it to Omega. A gauge of this accuracy should come with a calibration certificate and allow for adjustment, if necessary, when it is re-calibrated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality product This pressure gauge was purchased per the request of our applications department for internal experimentation for leak testing medical devices. The gauge was well made, easy to use and met our expectations on performance. We would purchase this again if the need arose.

I purchased a DPG210 and I tried to get a NIST cert. I was informed that one is not available. If Omega cannot provide a calibration certificate. How do I get this gauge calibrated? I need instructions on how to cal.

Asked by: Metrology
Thank you for your inquiry, the DPG210 can be ordered with a NIST cert ( the part # DPG210-100G-CAL-3). Or you can contact our service department and have the sensor sent in for calibration.

Is this series available with a NIST traceable cal cert?

Asked by: UnderPressure2020
Thank you for your question! We do offer this with a NIST calibration but it is a modified part number and pricing, feel free to put in a ticket to get a quote!

What thread type/size is the connection? Is inches w.c. one of the unit options.

Asked by: Jmcx1969
The process connection is a 1/4-18 NPT male thread. There is no inches wc units on the gauge

What's the difference between accuracy value and accuracy class?

Asked by: underpressure2021
Accuracy Class is just a catagory on our website the groups products in certain accuracy range. The important number is the accuracy value which is the actual rated accuracy of the particular product you are looking at.

How can this replace the DPG4000 if it has no communication capabilities? From what I read the USB can only be used to power device.

Asked by: Hugo
Hugo, this model is comparable to the DPG4000 in terms of accuracy, if you want a USB output please consider the DPG409 model

Does this model only accept power via USB, or is it able to communicate data as well?

Asked by: acfSDS
Dear acfSDS, Thank you for contacting Omega Engineering. This gauge does not have USB communication.

I purchased a DPG210-500A .The pressure value in the scree always is 14.51 psi I try to set zero according the user manual but procedure not working.

Asked by: Anonymous
The gauge is working normally. The gauge you have is an Absolute pressure unit. It measures pressure relative to an internal vacuum reference. This means that with no pressure applied the unit will indicate the atmospheric pressure value which is most likely 14.51 PSIA at your location. To be able to set the display to 0.00 PSIA would need to apply a full vacuum (0 PSIA) to the gauge connect. I'm guessing you really need a Gage pressure reference unit like a DPG210-500G instead

What is the resolution of the 100psi model in psi? Will it display three decimal places in psi (e.g. .001 psi)

Asked by: jimbob87
Thank you for your inquire These gauges have a 5 digit display. Resolution of the 100PSI range unit when reading in PSI is 2 places after the decimal point (0.01).

Do any of the gauges record/show peak pressure? I am doing burst testing and and I would like to check the gauge after the test is complete to see the burst pressure.

Asked by: JerIsSuperCool
Hello, This gauge does have a min max function but this unit is not good for measuring a dynamic event like burst. It will damage the unit by rupturing the diaphragm. Thank you
