The ZMD Series miniature length sensor is compact in size and easy-to-use, designed for light to medium duty sensing applications. It features a built-in springloaded torsion arm that provides a simple-to- adjust torsion load, allowing the unit to be mounted in almost any orientation, including upside down. Using a 6' circumference wheel, the ZMD can be used on almost any surface, while operating at speeds up to 3000 feet per minute. Great but need to add an electrical schematicGreat product and simple to integrate. The installation instruction need a proper electrical schematic and not just a wire color table. This would help clarify the open collector wiring, especial for those of us that have never used this type of quadrature output before. Most encoders are a simple single pulsed output.
