The HH414 is a low cost, high performance handheld temperature and humidity meter with data logging capability. It offers a four variable display to show the temperature and humidity form a handheld probe and a separate K type thermocouple connected via a standard SMP type miniature connector to the T2 input along with a real time clock. High and Lo alarms can be set to T1, T2, and RH inputs. The temperature/humidity probe uses a semiconductor and polymer capacitive sensor. Windows® based software for Windows XP or above and USB interface cables allow real time or recorded data to be read by a PC.

HH414 includes Meter, 9V battery, Universal AC/9V Power Supply and plug adapters, Calibration Certificate, K-type thermocouple, Combination Temperature/Humidity Probe, USB Cable, Free software to download from website, and hard black carrying case

Rated 3 out of 5 by from HH414 not up to the task and a disappointment The HH414 is being offered without any choice as the replacement for the HH311 and HH314 which I have used religiously for a decade. The HH414 has proved so far to be a disappointment in many ways. There is no adjustment for the add on K type probe (T2) making it a useless reference and adding to the confusion if you use it at all. The main probe with Temperature/humidity sensor has been graced with offsets which you will find yourself looking for if you care about accuracy. The T1 reading sometimes displays hash marks for a long time when powered on as if it can't find the probe. The remote cable has a telephone style cord that is so tough it is next to impossible to use on an environment that has an inner and outer door. This remote cord should not have any re-coils on it, it should be a straight section of insulated wire so that is really can be used remotely. The HH414 also has alarms That have adjustable ranges? I don't know who thought this would be useful when the adjustment ranges were clipped at 20 or 30% short of where the instrument would be used. It's a reference so won't you be looking at it anyway? This has the look and feel of a cheaply made meter with poorly thought out bells and whistles(literally) instead of real utility, robust construction and accuracy, like the HH311 and HH314. If its not broke don't fix it with a new product unless you know what you are doing. What a disappointment.
