The TQ513 Series are designed to measure the rotating torque using shaft-to-shaft in-line placement. Heavy-duty silver slip rings provide secure transmission of power and signal from the rotating shaft to your instrumentation. An optional 1024 ppr optical encoder is available to measure angle or speed.

Are the enclosure dimensions the same across the different capacities? I understand the shaft diameter and key sizing changes. Is there a CAD file available anywhere?

Thank you for contacting Omega. Yes, the housing sizes are the same for all ranges, but the shaft and key dimensions change with the range. Three different sized shafts are used. The spec sheet for the TQ513 shows the shaft used on ranges of 62 in-lb and below. For the higher ranges refer to the spec sheet for the TQ514 series torque sensors. Am I able to get this with a 20mm shafts?
