Will this work connected directly to an RCA cable and connected to a Quanser board for use with Matlab Simulink?

Sorry, we are unable to advise on Quanser board and Matlab Simulink questions as these are not Omega Engineering products. Please contact the original equipment manufacturer Quanser regarding their product and Thermocouple type sensor capability.
