How does resistance change with the length of thermocouples. What I mean is that, how accurate your readings are when you elongate thermocouples?

Thanks for connecting with Omega. Essentially the longer the wire the higher your resistance will be. However, based on how we gauge things here at Omega, the change in resistance becomes excessive if you are exceeding 100ohms or 100ft of wire. The diameter of the wire also plays a role in the resistance of the wire. The thicker the wire the less resistance it will carry.
