The FPR-200 series flowrate sensor integrates rugged tangential turbine technology with a precision digital-to-analog conversion circuit hermetically encapsulated within the body of the sensor. The flow sensor is ideal for measuring flowrates in cooling circuits, HVAC systems and batching operations.

Design needs improvementHave gone through 3 or 4 of these in under 2 years. After a very short period of use the wheel inside loosens up and gets caught up which slows the speed of it and gives an incorrect flow. This has happened on every one of these we have bought and it is clearly a poor design

The worstThis is the most stupidly designed flowmeter ever. The wire harness is within about 1/16 inch of one of the water fitting. Virtually any water fitting I tried to put onto the flow meter body would not screw on because of interference witht he wiring harness. I just took vise grips and removed the wiring harness and when I removed it all the wires inside inside were sheared off. Dead as a doornail just like that.
