I have an application for this model which consist in 3 load cells connected to a J-Box 4800 which will be 100ft away. Can I use Wire nuts or terminal blocks to bond the load an extension?

I need a LC8300-150-10K with 15ft long cable, is there a specific part # for such cable length?
Yes. You can get a LC8300-1.50-10K load cell with an extra long cable but this would have to be a custom quotation. Please contact Omega info@omega.com for a quote. Typical lead time for a custom variant of this load cell would be 8 weeks ARO.

Can you explain how best to apply a load to this specific model? I have been using a 2.25" ball bearing to rest on the sensing area of the load cell and applying a load with a reference standard.
