OMEGA SMPW thermocouple connectors are mini size flat 2 pin TC connectors designed to connect temperature sensor instrumentation and a temperature controller or process control HMI automation panel. Male 2 pole TC plugs and matched female 2 prong TC jack pairs are stock items.

How to mount SMPW-T-F connector inside box? I don't see any mounting holes.

Why the narrow temperature range for the K of -29C to 180C? Can these be used outside this range with maybe somewhat reduced accuracy? if so how bad is it? or does it not work well enough to be useful?

I am evaluating SMPW-K-M-ROHS and SMPW-K-F-ROHS for one of my application. Will the TC wire TT-K-24S-SLE (Stranded) and TT-K-24-SLE(Solid) work with these connectors?
The SMPW-K-M-ROHS and SMPW-K-F-ROHS connectors will work with AWG 24 wire solid core or stranded core. That series of connector with work with wires up to AWG 20 if necessary.

Does the female connector portion refer to the wires from the thermal couple or does it mean that the receptor will receive the "chisel point male connectors" shown in the datasheet?
Thank you for your inquiry preston. All the thermocouples that come with a miniature male receptor connector will connect to the socket of the female miniature connector.
