DR-IO Series DIN rail mount input/output modules are ideal for connecting real world discrete signals to a computer interface and other electronic equipment. Most computer interfaces can only sense or generate low level TTL (0/5Vdc) signals. The DR-IO-OAC and DR-IO-ODC output modules can be used to sense high level ac and dc signals. The compact design of the DR-IO modules permit high density mounting on a standard DIN rail. The input modules are available with negative and positive logic versions. Negative logic modules produce a high logic signal when the input signal from the field goes low and a low logic signal when the field input goes high. With the positive logic modules, the logic signal follows the field signal that is, the logic signal is high when the field signal is high and low when the field signal is low.

After re-zero-ing, it now says indoor air is between 0 and 15ppm CO (constantly wandering in this range, even if our furnace and gas stove are completely shut down). It is not quite as accurate as I was hoping for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Low turn on current I use these as solid state relays with the NI 9403 5V TTL DIO module. The problem I have always had is that the module only outputs 2mA per channel. These DR-IO modules let me go directly from the TTL signal to a 3A 208V powered device. If I need more than that I can used them to turn on a larger relay. The internal fuse make them a great space saver too.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works but all thermocouple types must be the same The datalogger and software is simple enough to use and the software for this datalogger is better than some of the other software omega provides for other data collection devices. It does exactly what is needed, log data. The major disadvantage of the 4 channel data logger is that all of the channels must be the same thermocouple type. It does not state anywhere on the website, the specification sheet or the manual that all the thermocouple types must be the same. Only after purchase and looking a little deeper, I only found the only place that it was mentioned that all thermocouple types must be the same was in the quick start guide. Now I need to purchase new thermocouples so I can log data from all my thermocouples.
