Shipping and Taxes
Items that are available and in stock will be so indicated during the checkout process. If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will provide you our best estimate of when the product will be available. The availability information shown on our web site and provided by our sales staff is the most up-to-date information we have, but this information does not represent a guarantee or promise of availability. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your OMEGA on-line Order Confirmation Number. With this number, you can check shipment order status on-line (updated each evening).

Shipping Method
We offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day, UPS 1 Day, Federal Express Priority 1, 2 and 3 for OMEGA's On-line Store shipments. Cost for shipping will be shown when checking out. If you are ordering items that are not in stock, please be sure to indicate if you would like available items to ship to you (partial shipment) or if you would prefer us to ship the order complete. If it is absolutely necessary to ship by a carrier different than UPS or FedEx, please contact our Sales Department at 1-888-TC-OMEGA to place your order by telephone. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, you must use mandatory Next-Day shipping. We do not ship to military APO or FPO addresses.

If you have an account number with FedEx or UPS and you would like us to bill the shipping directly to that carrier in order to make payment easier for you, please be sure to provide your account number with the carrier in the appropriate field when checking out.

Ship Times
Domestic (USA): If you select 1, 2, or 3 Day Shipping (UPS or Fedex), orders placed before 3pm (EST) for In-Stock items normally ship the same business day (Mon-Fri).
If you select UPS Ground (Standard), orders placed before 3pm (EST) will ship the next business day, although in many cases we ship the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm (EST), will ship the next business day.

International: Orders or products ultimately destined for export outside of the USA require Export Compliance review, which typically adds 2-3 business days for processing.

Shipping Charges
All Shipping Charges to U.S. locations are flat-rated as follows (unless you provide us with your carrier acct number in the store payment page when checking out):

UPS Ground - Standard Shipping 3 to 7 Business Days, $12.00
UPS 3 Day - "Orange" - 3 Business Days, $18.00
UPS 2 Day - "Blue" - 2 Business Days, $24.00
UPS 1 Day - "Red" - 1 Business Day, $34.00

FedEx Ground - Cust. FedEx Acct. Required
FedEx 3 Day - Cust. FedEx Acct. Required
FedEx 2 Day - Cust. FedEx Acct. Required
FedEx 1 Day - Cust. FedEx Acct. Required

Taxes
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to addresses in CA, CT, NJ & OH , unless tax exempt certificate is on file or your organization is tax exempt.

International Customers
The OMEGA On-Line Store typically ships products to addresses in the United States. For international delivery locations outside the US, you will be quoted appropriate freight charges (DHL) after the order has been placed (or you can provide us your DHL or FedEx Acct# on the "Payment Page" when checking out.
